Improve and sustain good health at the Sports Park in the urban center
Health trail for life until the age of 100 with distance of approximately 2.5km from the entry to Yanghwasa in Eupnae-dong to the entry of Biraesa in Birae-dong has been established for the purpose of securing space for leisure and exercising as well as improvement of natural environment that has become aggravated due to illegal discarding of waste in the corresponding area in line with the rapid increase in the residents due to completion of development of Songchon residential estate in 1999. Installation of sports facilities and establishment of urban vegetable patches within the park are being pursued sequentially from 2007 to 2013, and this park is the most outstanding park in Beop-dong and Songchon-dong.

Having put a wide open ground and pond in the area in front of Dongchundang, which is being loved by the neighboring apartment residents as a rest area, and “Day of Residents of Municipality and Dongchundang Cultural Festival” is being held every year for expansion of interest and understanding of traditional cultures, and harmony among the residents of the municipality in every fall.
